Don't Eat at Your Computer!

You could gain 9 pounds a year if you eat lunch at your computer every day during the workweek. A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that people who did so had a hard time remembering what they'd eaten. As a result, when it came time for an afternoon snack, they ate more cookies than those who ate away from their computer - adding more than 120 calories a day!
